• Exhaust System Troubleshooting-Surveys conducted to pinpoint problems with fans that are not operating at all or are noisy. We can also troubleshoot problems with certain lines of apartments to determine the reason for lack of ventilation in certain registers and lines or to determine the reason for air blowing out of a grill that should be pulling air in. TV/Video inspections and follow-up reports are usually part of these surveys

Emergency Service is always available for all properties. Boiler and Chimney Cleaning Services

• Boiler Tube Cleaning-Opening of boiler doors, brushing and vacuuming of tubes and interior chambers from front of boilers to the fire-side as well as replacing the gasketing where necessary
• Hydrotherm Boiler Cleaning- disassembling of boiler units, vacuuming and reconnection
• Boiler Breaching Cleaning-Opening of existing or cutting of new access doors on the overhead or underground boiler exhaust smoke pipes. By connecting HEPA-filtered duct-cleaning equipment to breachings we create a negative air pressure. We then brush and vacuum the accumulated soot and carbon deposits as well as vacuum the chimney base

• Trash Chute Door Modernizations- We will survey your property in order to provide a proposal for the purpose of upgrading and modernizing the building''s hopper doors if so desired. The benefits of this are enormous. Firstly, older smaller doors usually slam shut causing the risk of finger injury especially in the young or elderly. Additionally, older models originally built for incinerators are too small to allow for a modern size garbage bag -thus leaving frustrated residents to force the bag into chute usually causing it to tear and release it''s contents-solid and liquid onto the floor beneath the hopper door. Roaches and mice aren''t far behind. New modern stainless-steel doors have a much larger opening, they are self-closing (avoiding building violations) and close slowly. They are also more aesthetically pleasing in a brushed stainless-steel finish. They are also lockable allowing for compactor repair and cleaning without the risk of injury to technicians
